Robert W. Kraft

Robert W. Kraft is Chairman, President and CEO of PSA North America. PSA is a consultancy focused on China. Prior to founding PSA in 2007, Mr. Kraft was the founder, President and CEO of Openfirst which was a leading national provider of direct mail, statement processing, electronic messaging, call center feeds, database management services and other business communications support for Fortune 1000 companies. Openfirst was sold to Quad/Graphics in 2006. Mr. Kraft remains active with Openfirst as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Kraft has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial printing, direct marketing and document management industries, including 15 years with Moore Corporation, the second largest printer and direct marketing services provider in the world. While with Moore, Mr. Kraft’s responsibilities included sales, sales management, marketing and marketing management positions in the business forms and direct marketing operations. Mr. Kraft left Moore to join a marketing agency in Milwaukee in 1987 where he later became President of the international direct marketing/point-of-purchase agency. In 1994, Mr. Kraft founded an on-demand printing and document management company. Two years later, he founded Electronic Printing Systems, Inc. (renamed Openfirst, Inc. in 2001), which now employs over 450 associates. Concurrent with his business start-ups, he has provided consulting services to Citicorp, Menasha Corp., Deluxe Corp. and Moore. Mr. Kraft serves on the boards of the United Community Center, Word of Hope Ministries, RBP Chemical and Openfirst. He is also Chairman of First/Edge Solutions and co-chair of the MMAC’s China Council.

Mr. Kraft earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Major from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Daniel J. Wycklendt

Daniel J. Wycklendt is Senior Vice President and Managing Director responsible for business development and day-to-day operations of PSA North America.

Dan is a Milwaukee native with strong roots throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Dan has been involved in the real estate industry as well as politics after serving his country with honor.

In 1999, Dan joined the United States Marine Corps. During his 6 years as a Marine Dan traveled the globe He was an active participant in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, and Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq. During these operations Dan served as Aircrew on CH46 Helicopters and was involved in offensive operations in multiple cities including Najaf, Fallujah, Ramadi, and Baghdad. Dan received many medals and awards including the Air Medal and Combat Aircrew Wings. He was honorably discharged in 2005.

Upon leaving the service he returned to Milwaukee to pursue an education focused on business from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from UWM.

Richard M. Zagorski

Richard M. Zagorski is Senior Vice President of PSA North America. Mr. Zagorski was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Openfirst, which is a leading national provider of direct mail, statement processing, electronic messaging, call center feeds, database management services and other business communications support for Fortune 1000 companies.

Mr. Zagorski was employed for 30 years at Moore Corporation, the second largest printer and direct marketing services provider in the world. While with Moore Corporation, Mr. Zagorski was president of Moore Response Marketing Services, a leading provider of direct marketing solutions. Other responsibilities included sales, sales management and marketing in the business forms and direct marketing operations. In 1996, Mr. Zagorski assisted Mr. Kraft in starting Openfirst operations. Mr. Zagorski serves on the Boards of FirstEdge Solutions and Red Edge Labs.

Mr. Zagorski earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology.
